A success story from myfivefingers.com

A great little post on Myfivefingers.com

I can’t stress strongly enough that the Barefoot Running Style that we so strongly believe in requires time to adapt. As mentioned in this post Kathy got stress fractures in her feet from trying to do too much too soon. Barefoot Running is a skill and it is by no means an instant cure to your running injuries. There are many variables that can affect injuries so please take it slow 🙂
